Salary :  $21-$22 / hr

Job Summary

As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating catered events for a high-profile financial institution. This position requires Monday through Friday availability from 8 : 30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle catering orders for the business floors of the office.
• Works with catering manager and supervisor to ensure accuracy of event details, food / beverage requirements and costs.
• Provides hospitable, prompt, and detailed service as scheduled by management or by request.
• Maintains consistent phone and email communication with clients, guests, team members, and support departments.
• Communicates with co-workers and service partners including vendors to ensure updated information is shared.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
