Job Details

Responsibilities :

Perform internal audits and generate checklists.

Generate daily shipment plans for customer documentation.

Coordinate customer inspections and witness GSI, ensuring all documents are ready for inspection.

Assist with contract review processes.

Coordinate with shipping for certification packs.

Handle customer complaints via email and assist in resolution.

Assist with supplier review processes and approval of new suppliers.

Review shop orders to ensure all requirements are met before scanning.

Manage stored documents in Trailer and Iron Mountain.

Verify drawings and scan them into the system.

Review specifications and customer drawings to ensure up-to-date revisions.

Order and download specifications and customer drawings from Document Center.

Manage stamp control and perform annual stamp audits.

Process revised QMS documents, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.

Manage daily incoming mail with received date stamps.

Perform onsite supplier audits for new and current suppliers.

Generate and review AS9102 FAIRs reports for customers.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Experience Required :

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends when required.

Preferred Experience :

Experience with Epicor software.

Internal audit systems training.

Experience with AS9102 FAIRs reporting and auditing practices.
