Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Claim Adjuster, you’ll be a lead worker in the Claim Department, helping staff and clients navigate the claim process, including complex losses :

• Investigate & Resolve Claims : Assess and resolve all types of auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Judgment & Decision-Making : Use sound judgment to analyze claim exposure and determine the best course of action
• Cost Control : Manage claim expenses while ensuring favorable outcomes
• Collaboration : Work closely with all parties involved in the claim process
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Timely Documentation : Document and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently
• Train : Review the work of less experienced personnel and provide training as appropriate
