Job Summary
The Division Vice President, Supplier Staffing designs, implements, and delivers overall Fulfillment and Supplier Partner (SP) strategy, technology, and contracting solutions that ensure AMN's capability to deliver client fill rate while positioning AMN as the MSP provider of choice across all business lines. Furthermore, the Division Vice President ensures that AMN technology delivers best in class capability for Supplier Partners.
Job Responsibilities
Leads the overall fulfillment strategy for AMN's contracted labor disruption events.Creates and leads supplier partner engagement strategy along with providing support and accountability to team to ensure execution of strategy.Serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier partners.Implements best practice programs to ensure attainment of Supplier Strategy (SP) accounts for growth and profit using data and trends from SP satisfaction survey results.Create strategies to gain and improve relationships with clinical and non-clinical staffing associate vendors.Define, manage, and lead projects necessary to enhance relationships to existing and potential SP's and AMN fulfillment teams.Define efficiency opportunities within AMN and Supplier Partner processes.Provide continuous strategic vision in relation to competitor offerings, ensuring AMN is the labor disruption provider of choice.Design and continuously improve the fulfillment scorecard and business review documents.Develop and design diverse fulfillment strategies including with supplier partnerships and mentorship program collaborating with the AMN Diversity department.Oversee the creation and delivery of Supplier Handbook and Supplier Partner scorecards and business reviews.Identify and prioritize events sponsored by AMN or clients to establish partnerships, incorporate best practices and strengthen associations with AMN.Formulate, propose, and implement ideas and solutions to overcome people, resources, and obstacles to achieve financial budget / plan using divisional and corporate critical initiatives.Promote cohesive, effective partnership dynamics among the recruitment management team through mentoring and feedback, encouraging strong internal and cross-division communications and relationships.Lead brand headcount through ongoing performance evaluations according to proficiency and efficiency standards to improve staff production with the least expense.Key Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 14+ years of work experienceAdditional Experience

Pay Rate
$110,500 - $138,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
