Process Automation RPA Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Automation Developer to join our Digital IT team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions—primarily for finance operations with long-term potential to support projects in supply chain, sales, manufacturing, etc. You will work closely with process owners to translate manual workflows into scalable, low-touch automations, and help pioneer agentic process automation (APA) initiatives. This role has the potential to grow into applications of other AI development tools and skillsets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development : Build and maintain RPA bots (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) to automate end-to-end finance workflows—accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Monitoring & Optimization : Implement monitoring tools to track bot performance, troubleshoot exceptions, and continuously improve throughput.
• Process Analysis : Partner with business function SMEs to map "as-is" processes, identify automation opportunities, and document "to-be" workflows.
• APA Exploration : Prototype agentic process automation solutions—incorporating AI-driven decisioning, natural language understanding, and cognitive services.
• Quality & Governance : Develop and implement bot standards; ensure bots comply with IT security, audit, and change-management standards.
