Training and Learning Partner

Currently, we have a  Training and Learning Partner  opportunity with a national mortgage and finance company. The Training and Learning Partner  is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs across various departments to ensure team members are skilled, compliant, and confident in their roles.

Your specific duties will include :

• Facilitating engaging training sessions in classroom, online, and blended learning formats tailored to adult learning styles.
• Delivering expert-level content with high engagement and clarity.
• Managing classroom environments, analyzing results, and identifying training gaps.
• Supervising new hires during training, monitoring progress and understanding of materials.
• Tracking attendance, punctuality, maintaining records, and delivering feedback and updates to managers.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand departmental roles and support strategic goals.
• Providing onboarding support through event organization, training design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conducting training needs analysis and designing comprehensive programs and eLearning materials.
• Collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content.
• Designing exercises, activities, and assessments that reinforce learning.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range :   $40.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
