What You'll Do

In this role, you will :

• Assess Patient Status : Conduct interviews, observations, and physical assessments to understand patient needs.
• Collaborate on Care Plans : Work alongside RNs, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement Interventions : Use evidence-based interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Evaluate Progress : Systematically document and evaluate patient progress throughout your shift.
• Adapt Care Plans : Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Maintain Documentation : Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Promote Professional Development : Share your clinical knowledge and support the growth of your team.
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Care : Collaborate with team members and utilize additional resources as needed.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement : Participate in data collection and problem-solving to enhance patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $23.90 - $39.91 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
