Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician Position is part of the Facilities Team. The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will :
- Prepare Residents Rooms for new occupants
- Handle general maintenance repair needs at the community.
- Perform routine cleaning.
- Use and maintain vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Maintain the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
- Work to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
- Keep accurate maintenance records of work done.
