As an Agency Sales Lead, you will be the primary contact for Publicis agencies and will be responsible for co-ordinating efforts across Google teams to drive business growth, Google and YouTube product adoption, and business transformation through the use of AI tools.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities :

  • Build relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize advertising investment with Google.
  • Collaborate with specialist and technical teams to drive business and data transformation across operating agencies and their COE's, including building media buying and planning capabilities and business growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate and foster relationships with decision makers to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments.
  • Collaborate with LCS pods on opportunities and work together to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Develop and manage strategy for Joint Business Plans across various Google products, services, and channels, working in partnership with multiple Google sales teams.
