Position Summary :

Responsibilities : Essential Duties

• Oversee and manage the process and vendor relationships for North America immigration, relocation, corporate housing and tax services including invoicing and billing.
• Document and maintain North America mobility policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide support to foreign national employees and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on all aspects of immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas and on-going support including resolving routine and non-routine questions, timelines, immigration support letters and employment support letters as needed. Guides and advises Talent Acquisition on immigration related recruitment needs.
• Partner with internal teams to secure appropriate approvals and proactively communicate information to all appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage job description website to ensure current and accurate job descriptions are available for HRBPs, Quality / Compliance and internal audit.
• Create and maintain a compensation dashboard for reporting purposes.
• Assist with monthly compensation data audits.

Experience with relocation management and coordination of domestic relocations. Should have knowledge of international payroll principles, expatriate tax and understanding of hypothetical concept.

Experience in the management of multiple outside vendors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and highly sensitive / confidential moves.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to uphold strict confidentiality when required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
