UF Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time AR / AP Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations related to customer billing (accounts receivable) and vendor payments (accounts payable). You'll work closely with our bookkeeper, operations team, and customers to ensure accurate records and smooth cash flow.

Job Title : Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

Schedule : Flexible part-time schedule

Department : Finance & Operations

Location : High Point, NC

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (A / R) :

Issue and manage customer invoices

Track and follow up on overdue payments

Apply payments to customer accounts accurately

Reconcile A / R balances and investigate discrepancies

Assist in collections as needed

Accounts Payable (A / P) :

Enter and verify vendor bills and expenses

Ensure timely payment of invoices

Monitor due dates and prevent late fees

Reconcile A / P statements and resolve issues

Maintain organized records of bills and vendor communications

General :

Support month-end close with reporting and reconciliations

Work closely with internal teams and vendors / customers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Assist with tax prep, audits, and other financial compliance tasks

✅ Qualifications

2+ years experience in accounts receivable / payable, bookkeeping, or accounting

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Professional communication skills (email and phone)

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Bonus : Experience in wholesale or distribution industry
