Stratton Amenities is on the lookout for a dedicated, customer-focused individual to take on the role of an Overnight Parking Attendant / Security at our esteemed luxury residential high rise in Plano, Texas. In this pivotal position, you are more than just a staff member – you are the welcoming face of our property, playing a crucial role in ensuring a secure and friendly environment for our valued residents and guests during the night.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Serve as the face of our parking garage , creating and maintaining a secure and inviting atmosphere.
• Deliver friendly and efficient parking assistance to our residents and guests.
• Undertake regular outdoor patrols in the parking garage to guarantee safety and security, especially during overnight hours.
• Manage and supervise access to the parking facilities, ensuring a safe environment.
• Respond to and assist with parking-related inquiries .
• Vigilantly observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities , maintaining the safety of the area.
• Strictly adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures to uphold security and safety.
• Diligently complete daily activity logs and incident reports , ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the concierge and management team to communicate and address any security issues.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and discretion in every interaction.
