Senior Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics Simulation

Location : Newark, CA (Onsite)

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hrs / week (potential overtime)

Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics Simulation , you will be responsible for guiding the development of ride, handling, steering, and braking attributes from concept through production. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system owners, and test engineers, to create high-fidelity simulations, analyze data, and deliver vehicles with exceptional driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and use vehicle and system models to support vehicle design and development.
• Provide objective data guidance on vehicle dynamics and durability performance based on simulation outputs.
• Conduct analysis of real-world test data and correlate it with simulation models for validation.
• Guide vehicle development by evaluating dynamics performance through Driver-In-the-Loop (DIL) simulators.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize steering, braking, suspension, and ride-handling attributes.
• Present simulation results and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and technical presentations.
