Overview
Our customer, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join its legal team on a contract basis. Duration : 6-12 months, with possible extension. Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day legal operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across corporate functions.
- Manage and improve eBilling systems, vendor management, and outside counsel processes.
- Drive contract management workflows, including contract intake, review, and lifecycle management.
- Implement and refine automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support corporate governance, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead legal operations projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
