Description : Position Summary :
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Safety Managers to support the safety management needs of large-scale building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and support compliance with on-site health and safety programs.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Lead site safety meetings.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Help ensure the implementation and maintenance of hazard communication, PPE, and emergency response protocols.
Job Skills & Qualifications :
5 years full-time work experience in building construction safety.A 4-year degree in construction safetyMust have at least 1 year of field experience in building construction safety.Preferably CSP (Certified Safety Professional) CertifiedPreferably CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) CertifiedMust have knowledge and experience for Emergency First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)Requirements :
Should have current continuing education (less than three years) in the below listed topics :
Fall protectionScaffolds (ground supported and suspended)Excavation / trenchConfined space (permit / non-permit)Crane operationsElectricalIncident investigationIndustrial hygiene for constructionFire protection and preventionLockout / tagoutBasic crane riggingRespiratory protectionCertification of completion for the following :
