As we continue to scale, we’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery team.

In this critical role, you’ll oversee the successful implementation of the Nuqleous platform and solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers, product, and engineering teams – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum value realized by our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementation and integration projects. You will be responsible for managing technical project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of Nuqleous solutions.

As a TPM, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle, while serving as the primary point of accountability for execution with enterprise clients.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of implementation and technical projects for enterprise clients.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and milestone reviews.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry.

Familiarity with SaaS implementations involving predictive analytics, data platforms, or retail execution tools.

Experience managing projects with APIs, data integrations, and multi-system dependencies.
