This early-stage, high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You will be instrumental in building the recruiting function from the ground up, establishing processes, systems, and strategies that scale as the company grows. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to attract top talent across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations teams. You will partner closely with executives, shaping hiring strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience while contributing to the long-term growth trajectory of the company. This role offers both autonomy and collaboration, with immediate visibility and tangible impact on the business.

Accountabilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring goals, create bar-raising processes, and close top-tier candidates.
• Build and scale recruiting operations, including ATS management, dashboards, scheduling, and interviewer calibration.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and structured touchpoints.
• Track recruiting metrics and KPIs to inform strategic hiring decisions.
• Develop employer branding initiatives, referral programs, and internal recruiting enablement strategies.
