We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the medical needs of our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for all medical-related inquiries and concerns from our clients
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with medical professionals, including doctors, physical therapists, and trainers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they are following their treatment plans and making progress towards recovery
• Research and recommend the best medical providers and facilities for our clients based on their specific needs and preferences
• Collaborate with our legal team to ensure all medical documentation is accurate and complete for insurance and legal purposes
• Maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with medical professionals and clients

• Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of our clients and the company
