Senior Director, Stadium Operations

Description

Columbus Crew is seeking a Senior Director, Stadium Operations that will be responsible for the daily activities required to run, maintain and service Lower Field, Historic Crew Stadium and Ohio Health Performance Center.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and supervises all aspects of Facility and Stadium Operations Team
• Assist in the direction of proper training for all appropriate operations teams on building management and safety.
• Develop, manage, and update department policies and procedures.

o Work with City and State officials to ensure compliance with codes and other protocols.

o Manage, monitor, and execute all necessary building inspections.

o Housekeeping, logistics, waste management, elevator services, pest control, fire safety, stadium snow removal, etc.

o Assist with building operating systems and winterization of the facility.

Lifecycle management, upgrades and or improvements of spaces and / or equipment, signage alterations, seat upgrades, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Stadium Operations manages subordinate supervisors in any of the following departments : Facility Operations, Housekeeping, and Stadium Operations. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units; Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
