JOB SCOPE :
As a Marketing Brand Manager, you'll work closely with our VP - Marketing to build and execute a cohesive brand strategy for Premier that brings all customer and employee touchpoints together, strengthening brand love. This role requires an individual with both strong analytical and storytelling skills who can lead with calmness, especially in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator who actively seeks and integrates direct feedback and is adaptable and confident when faced with uncertainty.
This position is ideal for a result-oriented professional who wants to own a critical piece of our brand story. You will be responsible for crafting high-level strategies together with the VP - Marketing while translating them into actionable plans and managing all aspects of their execution, from budget to final delivery, independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning & Partnership :
- Partner with the VP - Marketing and cross-functional teams, providing clear, rational direction to bring the brand strategy to life.
- Lead the execution of strategic brand initiatives.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes, providing data-driven insights to inform future brand initiatives or recommended adjustments to existing plans.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to external agencies and contractors to ensure all work is aligned with brand goals.
Execution & Project Management :
Own and oversee the end-to-end execution of all brand marketing efforts across various digital and traditional channels from website updates to customer gifting.Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, including content, social media, sales materials, and promotional assets, writing and reviewing create briefs, initial creative drafts and gather SME approvals.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.Budget & Vendor Management :
Propose and manage the brand budget, thoughtfully allocating funds to maximize ROI on all brand-related activities.Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies and contractors, providing clear direction and holding all partners accountable for their deliverables.Analysis & Reporting :
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as awareness, brand lift, and share of voice.Generate regular reports and presentations on brand performance for the VP - Marketing and other senior leadership, providing a clear business rationale for all initiatives.Use data and market insights to recommend strategic adjustments and new opportunities.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.6-8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing or a similar role, with demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies.Strong understanding of B2B branding and storytelling, content and social media strategy, and a working knowledge of AI platforms.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building strong brands.Experience in a B2B environment is a must, and prior agency experience is strongly preferred.TECHNOLOGY SKILLS :
Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, with expertise in CRM and marketing automation, social media and content management, and paid advertising platforms; skilled in using creative, collaboration, and data visualization tools, and adept at leveraging emerging technologies such as AI-driven marketing and predictive analytics to drive brand growth.
