Our center combines the clinical sophistication of a large program and the personalized attention and individualized care of a small facility, in order to give our clients the best care and support possible.

We are looking to hire a facility Director Of Admissions for San Jose Behavioral Health.

The Admissions Director is an integral part of the senior leadership team and provides leadership to the Admissions Department and cultivates the function of the department as an integrated team. In addition, the Director will implement the strategic plan of the business development and marketing departments as it pertains to admission to the facility and direct potential clients to treatment.

Seeking :

• Master's Degree in Human Services Field or RN nursing license required.
• Three plus years' experience in healthcare-related admissions preferred.
• Three years of work experience as a Director of Admissions in a Behavioral health facility preferred.

Salary Range : $120,000 / yr - $165,000 / yr and a $10,000 Sign-on bonus!
