Field Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Field Marketing Manager will drive community engagement and local marketing initiatives across our expanding portfolio of Marco's Pizza locations. This role serves as the critical bridge between corporate marketing strategy and individual store execution, ensuring each location maximizes its local market potential while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive local store marketing plans for 120+ locations across 16 states
- Collaborate with General Managers and District Managers to identify market-specific opportunities
- Analyze local market data and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Community Engagement & Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and nonprofit partnersCoordinate grand opening events, community appreciation initiatives, and local sponsorship opportunitiesDevelop grassroots marketing campaigns that align with HRG's community-focused valuesSupport "School Box Nights" and local fundraising programsCampaign Management & Coordination
Execute new product launches and limited-time offers at the local levelCoordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional eventsManage development and distribution of location-specific marketing materials and POP displaysEnsure brand compliance across all local marketing initiativesTraining & Support
Provide marketing guidance and training to General Managers and store teamsConduct webinars and training sessions on local marketing best practicesCreate resource materials and toolkits for effective local marketing executionServe as primary marketing liaison between corporate office and field operationsPerformance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze local marketing ROI and campaign effectivenessPrepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership teamMonitor local market trends and provide strategic recommendationsMaintain accurate records of marketing activities and budget utilizationEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, preferred3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, franchise, or multi-unit restaurant environmentProven track record of successful local marketing campaign executionExperience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROISkills & Competencies
Strong understanding of franchise business model and local marketing dynamicsSales acumen with ability to identify and convert business development opportunitiesExperience in B2B relationship building and partnership developmentExcellent project management and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and MS Office SuiteOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsCreative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilitiesResults-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation and market growthPersonal Attributes

Previous franchise or multi-unit restaurant marketing experienceSales or business development background with proven track record of partnership cultivationKnowledge of Marco's Pizza brand and QSR industryExperience with local digital marketing, social media management, and event coordinationFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant operationsEstablished network of community contacts in target marketsExperience in corporate sales, catering sales, or B2B relationship managementTravel Requirements
