Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist with a community bank.

Commercial Loan Operations Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Accurately book commercial loans into the core system, verifying rates, payment schedules, collateral, and covenants.
• Maintain and update loan records, process payments, payoffs, renewals, and modifications.
• Handle participation loans and monitor collateral, insurance, and covenant compliance.
• Review draw requests and documentation, obtain approvals, and coordinate required reports and endorsements.
• Perform post-closing reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, etc.).
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Assist loan officers and internal teams, and respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, statements, and terms
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain thorough documentation to support ongoing loan operations.

Required qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range :   $60,000- $70,000 annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
