Responsibilities

• Assists the Production Supervisor in ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Responsible for making sure that all work duties within a production environment are coordinated properly and carried out as they should be.
• Responsible for recordkeeping of dough weight, dough temps, oven temps, and freezer temp.
• Maintain log for oven checks throughout the shift, and notes adjustments in comment section of the log.
• Verify staff on shift arrives on schedule and that all positions are staffed.
• Provides back-up to any empty position on shift.
• Assists maintenance with machine assembly to start production for the week.
• Responsible for all machinery, equipment, and personnel while on shift.
• Reports directly to Production Lead.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Maintains and establishes effective working relationships.
• All other duties as assigned.
