Project Manager

GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Project Manager will supervise and direct projects and workflows to meet corporate quality standards. • Work closely with managers and developers to determine needs and timeline for the successful implementation of projects including monitoring of project goals, timelines, and activities.
• Prepare, schedule, and set up internal and external department meetings, conferences, and team ceremonies.
• Communicate project goals and expectations with the project team members or managers involved in the project.
• Work closely with software development team members, Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Software Development as needed to develop detailed and PBI Acceptance Criteria, PBI's, tasks, checklists, etc.
• Communicate to management regarding Sprint publish accomplishments and planned work objectives.
• Vet, Onboard, Manage, and track work items submitted by all offices and all managers through the SMTR Application for processed work to a developer.
• Manage project timelines and take action to ensure project deadlines are met using the appropriate tools.
• Assist in the development of the Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teamwork plans, risk assessments, project documentation and participate in routine updates.
• Research, reproduce, and help resolve carrier-reported and manager-reported issues efficiently and effectively.
• Review quality assurance of products before implementing with internal or external customers.
• Provide annual reviews and mentoring to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Software Development Manager and upper management.
