Emerson is looking for a Test and Evaluation Engineer Co-op for Winter / Spring 2026 to join our McKinney, TX team. We are looking for someone who is interested in gaining real-world experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

As a Test and Evaluation Engineer Co-op, you will provide technical input and direction to the design and evaluation of new product concepts. You will work in a team environment applying your knowledge of engineering principles and the physical sciences to develop new products.

Responsibilities

• Design and acquire required test equipment / fixtures from vendors
• Conduct product evaluations
• Setup and complete laboratory testing
• Document tests conducted, results, problems encountered, and the solutions you developed
• Participate in global multi-functional teams, including marketing, designers, manufacturing, sales and procurement
• Complete other tasks as they are delegated
