Detailed Description

Description : A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop / desktop / printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems

Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
• Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
• Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
• Customer, Partner / Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
• Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
• Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.

Minimum Qualifications / Technical And Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, CompTIA A+ or extensive break-fix experience, Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record.
