Job Summary and
Qualifications
This is a Full Time Day Shift position, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday -
Friday, and some weekend shifts as needed
As a Supervisor in Case Management
RN, you will provide leadership for social work and case management
staff ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered. This role
will be responsible for being the main resource for Case Managers,
and to supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality
and integrity of care as well as aligning the Case Management staff
to adhere to TJC and CMS regulations. It will entail being a Case
Manager on the floor with an assignment, completing some admin
work, and assisting with complex cases as needed.
What qualifications you
will need :
(RN) Registered Nurse
license eligible to practice in the State of TX
Associate Degree in Nursing required,
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of
clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care
setting
Supervisory Experience preferred
