job_description.job_card.job_description7+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS, membership-based, or professional services environments Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication and presentation skills , in-person and virtual Experience selling to small or mid-sized business owners , preferably in home services CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with digital sales tools Willingness to travel up to 35% for events and presentations Deliver engaging sales presentations during Profit Day events and virtual sessions Use a consultative sales approach to understand contractor needs and position effective solutions Manage and track your sales pipeline in Salesforce from first contact to close Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and great member experience Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to drive visibility and growth Support and mentor junior sales team members Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the home services industry Familiarity with sales methodologies (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) Experience selling to multi-location or franchise organizations Demonstrated success in goal-driven, fast-paced environments
