Group Director Of Product Management

As the Group Director of Product Management for Stores, Associate Experience, and Real Estate, you will lead the product strategy and execution for platforms that empower Walmart's associates, enhance in-store operations, and optimize how we plan, manage, and utilize our global real estate portfolio.

You'll oversee multiple product domainsranging from associate-facing apps to facilities management systemsensuring that Walmart's 1.6M+ associates and 10,000+ stores worldwide have the tools and environments they need to thrive. Your work will improve efficiency, unlock productivity, and create better experiences for both associates and customers, while also driving smarter investments in real estate and physical assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the product strategy across three domains : associate experience, in-store platforms, and real estate lifecycle management.

Lead the development of digital tools and apps that enable associates to work more efficiently, serve customers better, and simplify daily tasks.

Build and scale technology platforms that improve store execution, from task management to labor optimization and compliance.

Oversee product roadmaps that manage the full real estate lifecycle : site selection, design, build, maintenance, and optimization.

Lead and mentor multiple directors and product leaders, fostering a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00-$481,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California and $195,000.00-$370,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.
