We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager who is ready to take ownership of building industry-leading quality homes from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind schedule, quality, and cost control—while creating strong, lasting relationships with teammates, customers, and trade partners. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the jobsite, ensure safety and compliance, and lead all construction activities with confidence. Compensation :

$65,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality homes on time and with maximum efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including leading field orientations and ensuring every home is 100% complete before the final homeowner orientation.
• Actively contribute as a key member of the Production Team by attending meetings and sharing ideas to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong, professional, and ethical relationships with trade partners while holding them accountable to their scope of work.
• Conduct daily home walk-throughs to monitor progress, identify potential issues early, and take proactive steps to keep projects on track.
• Champion jobsite safety, ensuring a safe environment for all team members and trade partners.
• Demonstrate and uphold the company’s Core Values in every aspect of your work.
