100% FTE, Day / Evening / Weekend shifts as needed for operations. Some holiday hours required. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Patient Meal Operations Supervisor to :

• Oversee culinary staff activities such as food production, food delivery, sanitation, cash handling, customer service, catering, and purchasing.
• Evaluate the quality of the food provided and the quality of service provided to guests through patient dining services.
• Monitor service lines for sanitation and appropriate temperature controls and oversee documentation to ensure all food items are of appropriate quantity and quality.
