Machinist I / II – Temple, TX Shifts Available : 1st Shift : 5 : 00am – 3 : 30pm (Mon–Fri) 2nd Shift : 3 : 30pm – 2 : 00am (Mon–Fri) – $2 shift differential Join our team as a Machinist I, or II and work with top-of-the-line equipment (Mori Seiki, Doosan, Haas, Makino). Strong machining knowledge and ability to work with tooling and process limits. Comfort with reading instructions, safety protocols, and technical manuals. Solid math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). A team player with a continuous improvement mindset. What You’ll Do : Set up & operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts Troubleshoot programs & adjust G / M codes for accuracy Participate in LEAN initiatives, Kaizen events & 5S workplace standards Operate advanced machines while maintaining top safety standards Work Environment & Physical Demands This is an active, hands-on position where you’ll be moving, problem-solving, and working with precision. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working around moving machinery, and being in a lively (sometimes loud) environment.
