Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a precision manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX to hire an Entry-Level CNC Machinist . This position offers hands-on training and career development opportunities in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

The Entry-Level CNC Machinist will operate and monitor CNC milling and turning equipment during the night shift. After completing training during the day shift. Team members will learn from experienced machinists while developing skills to independently set up and operate machines, ensuring quality and consistency. This is a great opportunity for candidates eager to build a career in precision machining.

Schedule : 7am – 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Load parts and tools, adjust program offsets, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Conduct in-process inspections using gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Review setup instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Maintain adherence to tolerance and finish requirements for all parts produced
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Communicate any quality or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
