Additionally, as a QA Engineer, you accelerate the delivery and maintain the high quality of Snapsheet products as they continue to grow and expand. We are adding a Quality Assurance Engineer to our Tech team! As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Snapsheet, you are a solver - building test systems and processes that will improve what we have in place currently and prevent issues proactively. You thrive in an environment where you are working with a team of software developers, QAs, and designers in a fast-paced, agile development environment. You enjoy identifying any potential quality issues through system testing and acceptance testing on various Snapsheet features . Additionally, as a QA Engineer, you accelerate the delivery and maintain the high quality of Snapsheet products as they continue to grow and expand. Review and understand product specifications and feature requirements Create test plans and test strategies Design and develop, and maintain automated test suites; working cross-functionally with developers and product managers to inform decisions on what, how, and when to automate Develop, document, and maintain functional and regression test cases and other test artifacts Test execution and results tracking on planned test cases, exploratory tests, and ad hoc tests Own tools and test infrastructure, identifying, researching, and implementing technologies for quality assessment and QA automation. New feature / product release candidate testing Existing feature enhancement testing Regression testing Non-functional testing Load / Stress testing to uncover potential performance and scalability bottlenecks Behavior under constraints (browser type, screen resolution, network performance, etc) Security Accessibility What we are looking for in a Quality Assurance Engineer : B.S. or higher degree in related fields 3+ years of experience working with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Proficient in one or more programming languages (Ruby and JavaScript preferred) Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Confluence), version control systems (Git, GitHub), and test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail). Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Understanding of quality assurance methods and testing principles Experience in software testing environments for web-based products and / or mobile applications Good self-learner and self-motivator who takes initiative and thrives in an autonomous environment Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Compensation that Grows with You For this position, the base salary range is $100,000-135,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your unique experience, skill set, and location.
