• Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
• Shifts : 3x12-hour shifts per week (Days : 07 : 00–19 : 00, Nights : 19 : 00–07 : 00; rotating schedule)\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $2010 - $2160\n
• Setting : Short Term Acute Care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)\n
• Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2\n
• Floating : Required to other units and nearby affiliate hospitals as needed\n
• Parking : Free on-site\n
• Scrub Color : Any color\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (pending license accepted)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience\n
• Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN preferred\n
• Experience with Epic EMR / Charting system required\n
• Must have a vehicle for travel between healthcare facilities\n
• Ability to float to other units and affiliate hospitals as needed\n
• Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays\n
• Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years\nICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)\n
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support, CRRT, ECMO, and advanced cardiac interventions\n
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, pulmonary artery lines / Swan Ganz, and vasoactive intravenous medications\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams\n
• Document patient care using Epic electronic medical records (EMR)\n
• Float to other units or affiliate hospitals as needed to meet patient care demands\n
