What You'll Do

• Follow the therapist's plan of care, adjusting treatments based on patient responses while maintaining clear communication with the evaluating therapist.
• Implement patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans that consider the functional and emotional needs of patients and their families.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and significant others throughout the occupational therapy process.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers using effective teaching methods.
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Participate in quality service delivery initiatives and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications We're Looking For

Compensation and Benefits
