Key Responsibilities Own and drive schedules and workflows for email campaigns, print promotions, and website projects from concept to completion, ensuring efficiency and execution speed.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, Brand, and Creative teams.

Proactively raise and resolve project blockers, optimizing workflows to improve speed and quality of campaign execution.

Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring creative outputs align with marketing goals.

Conduct thorough reviews of design comps, photography, and copy to ensure marketing messages are clear, strategies are implemented, and promotions are accurate.

Build and drive schedules for project status, key milestones, and risks, providing clear visibility into progress and performance.

Collaborate with digital and site teams as needed to support campaign execution and site merchandising efforts.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing or creative teams.

Proven ability to manage full lifecycle projects across digital and print channels.

Experience using Project Management Software (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com).

Strong organizational and change management skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between multiple teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
