Job Description
Your Role : The Tax Director for Private Credit Funds is responsible for the strategic development of tax related policy and documentation, oversight of third party service firms and being an active participate in business related decisions to help make proper tax determinations while mitigating tax related risks for Invesco’s Private Markets Credit Funds. Invesco relies on third party providers for preparation of tax reporting requirements and for strategic advice on fund level and investment level tax topics. The Tax Director for Private Credit Funds will manage these relationships and serve as a liaison between Invesco functions and tax advisors, assisting fund and investment teams with strategic tax decisions.
