Sales Representative

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative are :

• Generate sales and build customer relationships
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research of potential customers and following up on inbound leads
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, building trust and loyalty
• Actively listen to and understand customer needs, identify pain points, and handle customer objectives
• Effectively communicate value of products and / or services
• Negotiate and close new deals by addressing customer needs, offering competitive pricing per company standards, and providing excellent customer service
• Be Professional in appearance and with all customer communications
• Meet or exceed sales growth targets set by Sales Director
• Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM system
