Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Commercial Marketing Team! This Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
Enhancing Vertical Sales and Marketing - activities to include :
Research and create vertical-specific content such as case studies, sales decks, and marketing collateral
Track ROI for vertical marketing efforts, measuring effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify priority accounts
Support development of storytelling materials
Paid Ad Audience Targeting
Audit current paid media audiences across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Display)
Identify outdated or low-performing audience segments and propose refreshed targeting strategies
Research emerging digital targeting options (account-based marketing, vertical-specific targeting, lookalike audiences)
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recommendations and test plans for 2026 campaigns
Asset Management
Conduct an audit of existing SWFContract and Mecho resource libraries
Remove outdated or redundant resources and refresh content with updated branding and positioning
Identify gaps in materials across products, verticals, and channels
Propose an updated asset management structure to improve accessibility and ease-of-use for sales and dealers
Product Launch Strategy
Support upcoming NPD product launches through creation of marketing content, dealer training assets, and ad campaign support
Assist with development of launch plans that include timelines, key deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
Track and report on engagement metrics from product launch campaigns
Help draft internal and external messaging to ensure consistency across Mecho and SWFContract Brands

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred
Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore / Junior level
Marketing Major Preferred
Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
