Addison Group is seeking a skilled Deductions Specialist to join our client's growing team in the manufacturing sector. This onsite role offers up to $29 / hr, depending on experience, and focuses on managing high-volume deductions and related accounts receivable processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and expanding company. Please note, this is an onsite role located in Coon Rapids, MN and only local candidates will be eligible for application and employment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the tracking, processing, and reconciliation of deductions such as discounts, returns, and allowances.
• Support full-cycle AR processes, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Efficiently handle high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve deduction discrepancies and address payment inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to deductions and payments.
• Process and distribute Form 1099s in line with IRS regulations.
• Assist in allocating expenses to projects or cost centers for precise cost tracking.
• Contribute to financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance deductions and AR processes.
