With 3+ years of administrative experience, you're comfortable working independently, juggling competing priorities, and finding efficiencies without needing daily direction. Responsibilities
- Supporting the Director of Sales Administration in their day-to-day priorities — managing the details, removing roadblocks, and keeping the team on track to achieve results
- Managing documents and assets — emails, contracts, photos, Daily Field Reports (DFRs) and Statements of Work (SOCs) to name a few
- Handling office support activities, including expense reports, calendars, email management, and sales dashboards
- Supporting sales through lead list compilation, lead tracking, and CRM management
- Tackling basic tech support for Slack, Encircle, HubSpot, Google Suite, and Apple products
- Anticipating needs, finding solutions, and jumping in wherever you're needed — even when the path forward isn't clearly mapped out
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience with exposure to sales support or office management – service industry experience a plusNatural self-starter with the ability to work independently and with autonomyAdept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, multi-faceted environmentOrganized and capable of managing your time, tasks, and activities without daily guidance – you anticipate needs and find efficienciesTechnically savvy with strong Apple products and cloud-based tech skills and a fearless curiosity for new technologyYou thrive in a mildly chaotic environment – you can quickly switch tasks and shift priorities without losing focusYou are a natural problem-solver and wired for high performance but able to remain calm under pressureAdditional Information
