Salary : $75k-90k full time

We are a fast-growing dynamic privately-owned real estate company and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have broad experience supporting attorneys in real estate transactions, lease administration, and related legal matters. The role requires a good understanding of California real estate laws, excellent organizational skilles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications : Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal in California, preferably within a real estate company, law firm, or in-house legal department.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of California real estate law and transaction practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems - preferably with a knowledge of Yardi.
• Experienced written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Abiiity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
