Production Control 1st Shift
Essential Functions
- Transferring of scales from Q.C. lab
- Set up weights before production shift
- Checking weights while line is running
- Completing Weight Control Form and / or entering weight control data into tablet computer
- Completing / Reviewing Weight Control Chart Data and notifying production when out of limits
- Label verification and packaging integrity checks
- Product temperature monitoring and thermometer calibrations
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (line cleanliness), compliance monitoring and reporting
