Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients regarding abandoned property accounts
• Perform full verbal verification using LexisNexis
• Leave detailed call notes and update all applicable systems
• Manually send documents and instructions to clients as needed
• Enter requests into the Service Request Portal
• Conduct outreach to reunite clients with their assets
• Respond to email inquiries and support Branch office personnel
• Perform regular account maintenance and document review
• Adhere to a strict phone support schedule
