Job Description

As a Security Professional - Financial Desk Patrol in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming environment. You will play a key role in maintaining order, assisting with inquiries, and supporting the overall security-related operations at the location. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and / or concerns related to security-related matters.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
