If you have a strong accounting background, a passion for working with numbers, and a desire to make a positive impact on the financial health of a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you! 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain financial frameworks for tracking, forecasting, and reporting Amazon pass-through bill backs and related vendor reimbursements Monitor and model gross profit margins across SKUs, brands, and channels to identify margin drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities Analyze pricing strategies and Amazon fees to assess profitability impacts and support data-driven pricing decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Brand, and Operations to ensure alignment on financial insights, reconciliations, and corrective actions Prepare and present reports and dashboards that communicate key margin trends, anomalies, and performance insights to leadership Support month-end close activities , including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial data validation to ensure reporting accuracy ✅ What You Bring Bachelor’s degree  in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience  in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A — retail or e-commerce industry experience preferred Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills , including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling formulas Strong analytical mindset  with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations Hands-on experience with large datasets , SKU-level margin tracking, or pricing analysis Familiarity with ERP and BI tools , such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau 🏙 You’ll be based in Symphony Towers , one of San Diego’s premier office spaces that offers :
