People Operations Specialist - North America

Adyen is looking for an eager People Operations Specialist that can join the Global HR Innovations Team to further drive the international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support the development, management and retaining of our talented Adyen workforce - we keep our people moving to keep payments moving.

In this role, you will be guiding new colleagues through their pre-boarding / onboarding and support the business on all their HR queries. As a People Operations Specialist you will be part of the global HR Innovations team.

This role is based in our San Francisco office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

What you'll do : Automation and Scale

• Be the champion for HR automation, data, and scale. Advance organizational effectiveness and solve challenges by tapping into your HR expertise
• Build and extend our HR self-service tools and content to scale for our growing employee population
• Support and scale ongoing team projects by working closely with external vendors, every part of the HR Team, and other teams throughout the business
