PEMEX Deer Park is seeking an HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. You will partner with leadership on HR operations, compensation, and benefits administration, leveraging your expertise in HRIS and total rewards programs to ensure seamless, compliant, and impactful HR solutions across the refinery.

PEMEX Deer Park is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain : exploration, production, industrial processing / refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery's rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day and has the feed flexibility to process multiple grades of crude oil, producing high-quality transportation fuels the world needs.
